How do I return a C21™ product?
In the event you need to return a product, please ensure you contact us within 30 days of purchase. Providing the product is unopened we will accept returns. If there is a problem with the product, you will be contacted by a C21™ representative to resolve the issue. We will always endeavour to meet your needs and will accept returns whenever possible.
We will send out a return post label to use at no cost to you and once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued immediately and you will be notified by automated email.
If your product was purchased through one of our distributors or retailers, you will need to liaise directly with them.
